Beautiful Claudia, You are a True Inspiration and the Definition of a an Incredibly Strong Spirited Soul!! I want you to know when I was dealing with my diagnosis and Chiari Malformation decompression surgery… it was your videos that helped me stay strong throughout. Although I didn’t go through all that you did, I had other issues to deal with. I had 3 car accidents… starting in 2011, 2013 & 2014 that lead to my Chiari Diagnosis along with Ehlers Danlos syndrome, and I was 40 yrs old at the time. These accidents are what triggered symptoms of my Chiari along with other neurological issues. The EDS caused injuries to my spine & joints because of my weak connective tissue that have never healed. It was a very long road to this final diagnosis in 2015 that lead me to my surgery in 2018. As my struggles continue, I always keep you in mind, and all that you went through, which was much more than me, and it keeps my mind and perspective that there’s always someone who suffers so much more. You are an amazing human being who is also Blessed with an incredible mother, who stood by your side. I hope you were able to make your dreams Come true of becoming a doctor. Claudias story is amazing and inspirational my daughter is 7 years old and has Chiari and syringomyelia some of her difficulties have been similar to Claudia she’s had 3 surgical procedures and still fighting the good fight it’s watching people like Claudia that give me hope that one day my daughter will live a good life

As I long ago became a father for the first time (1968), I am still so thankful for the only child I would ever have, came into this world with the expectations every parent wants. A perfectly healthy and fun-loving child. Now, even fifty years later- all God's children are still most precious to me. This story and its message have certainly touched my heart, making me realize that many parents never realize how blessed they are when becoming Mothers and Fathers.

Very well done! I hope you will continue your studies in the Neurosciences. Having studied Neurolinguistics in my doctoral program, I am interested in expanding what we little we know about HUMAN language as manifested in scores of world languages. Cheers!
